School is almost  out and we got our Star results . This year  we went to Letourno university . we learned a lot of stuff. It was so cool . I love the field trip it was so fun.  This year wasn’t that bad or boring compared to past years . I can’t wait to go to middle school . My brother will be in 3rd grade next year. He is excited too. I hope I am still friends with Livie . I love the food at the middle school can’t wait .We learned about the World War II and world war l . We also learned about  1900 and stuff and how it was back then . We got to play me a blocks and stuff.

In years before the Civl War the life’s of American woman were shaped by a set of ideals . History called it “the cult of the true womanhood.  During the Civl War women helped out a lot of women would sign up to be nurses . Women on both sides were very patriotic back then.     Nearly 20,000 women worked more directly for the Untion war effort . Slaves women wasn’t free acourse  to the union cause. During World War Two some 350,000 women severed in the U.S. Armed forces.
